SpaceX has begun trading on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX after completing the largest IPO in history, raising $75 billion at $135 per share — roughly 2.5 times larger than Saudi Aramco's previous record. The offering values SpaceX at approximately $1.77 trillion, placing it seventh among US-listed companies, above Tesla. Japanese retail investors purchased $2.2 billion of shares through Mizuho, Rakuten Securities, and SBI Securities. Total demand reached $250 billion, making the offering nearly four times oversubscribed. SpaceX's 2025 financials show $18 billion in revenue but a $4.9 billion net loss, with Starlink generating all profitability while the xAI segment posted a $6.35 billion operating loss. Elon Musk retains 82% voting control through a dual-class share structure, leaving public shareholders with minimal governance influence. The IPO is expected to create roughly 4,000 employee millionaires.
