The suspect was arrested on May 27 following a court-supervised investigation. Authorities seized computers and electronic devices for forensic analysis. INCIBE had previously clarified their systems were not directly breached; the leaked data was aggregated from older breaches, credential dumps, and OSINT tools. The threat group 'Police-ESP-Doxed' was linked to the leaks, which also included personal data of hundreds of Spanish judges and prosecutors published on Doxbin in March.
