> This is one of the worse articles I've ever read here. The thoughts of the writer are all over the place, sentences and paragraphs not connected with each other. Maybe it makes sense to Brazilian devs, I don't know. But the clickbait title seems to be yet another attack on agile in general, mentioning sprints, when no related argument is actually made against sprints, other than the imaginary misconception that some IT managers may have (Really? After all these years? Haven't they had any training on the matter or read anything about it?), that the word "sprint" may imply delivering projects...

> Also giving a nice feedback to the author himself, I suggest taking a look at [this channel](https://www.youtube.com/@Gino_Terentim). You are also from Brazil and will probably like his videos, but I suggest even trying to find some of his courses. During my MBA in Software Engineering, I had the pleasure of having classes with him and hearing his explanation about Agile and the history behind it. He also likes to share lots of good reading material as reference, including some awesome books I already knew but never had much time to read.

> I like sprints mostly just to keep a rhythm for things like retrospective activities, in the general sense.
