No finished product, no clients signed. What I do have is a real plan, and I'm sharing it from the beginning instead of waiting until it's done. ## **What Soren Lab is** Soren Lab is a full-stack web studio. I build complete websites and digital systems, front-end, back-end, and everything in between for businesses that need more than a template with their name on it. Real builds, custom work, built to actually reflect who the client is. ## **The goal for version one** Right now the goal is simple: grow this from solo freelancing into a real studio that can work with different kinds of clients at different stages. That means working with mom and pop shops that need a serious professional presence. It means working with startup founders who need something built right from the beginning. And it means working company to company, real partnerships, not just one-off projects. Not one type of client. Not one kind of project. A studio that can meet people where they are. ## **Where I'm starting** Before any of that, I'm planning. Here's what the site architecture looks like right now:   These diagrams are how I'm thinking through the site before I design or build anything: what goes where, how it connects, what a visitor needs to understand and feel by the time they get to the bottom of a page. This is the foundation. Everything builds from here. ## **Why I'm doing this in public** Because I want to build this the right way, and that means getting feedback while it's still being built, not after. If you've worked with a studio like this as a client or built something similar yourself, I want to know what you'd want from it. What worked, what didn't, what you wish existed. I'm sharing this as I go.
