Store and search high-volume logs with ClickHouse and Datadog

Datadog and ClickHouse are partnering to address the cost-vs-searchability trade-off in high-volume log management. Two new Preview features enable teams to route logs to ClickHouse via Datadog Observability Pipelines (with in-stream parsing, enrichment, and redaction), and to query those ClickHouse-stored logs directly from the Datadog Log Explorer using Federated Logs — without re-ingesting data into Datadog. This allows organizations to retain large log volumes cost-effectively while maintaining a unified search experience across both Datadog-managed and ClickHouse-stored logs.
