The same spec that drove a Python/Flask/Vue/SQLite app was used to rebuild it on Java 21/Spring Boot/React/PostgreSQL. All 87 acceptance criteria passed on both stacks, and the logical database schema remained identical. The experiment reveals a 'reuse gradient': artifacts closer to 'why' and 'what' survive stack changes untouched, while 'how' artifacts (tasks, commands) require rewriting. Failures from the previous experiment were codified as explicit constraints before this run, resulting in zero hidden bugs.
