Swift Observations AsyncSequence for State Changes

Swift 6.2 introduces the Observations type that allows streaming state changes from Observable objects as AsyncSequence. This enables automatic saving of app state whenever Observable properties change, replacing the previous approach of monitoring scene phase transitions. The feature is particularly useful for persisting navigation state and scene-specific settings across app launches using SceneStorage, providing a more reliable alternative to the ObservableObject pattern with Combine publishers.
