London-based startup Synthesia has launched an AI video assistant that can turn any text file or web link into a synthetic video in minutes. The assistant uses generative AI to synthesize the user's source material and generate a script and scene layouts. Synthesia aims to improve content delivery by allowing users to convert text-based information into studio-quality videos. However, there is currently a 4500-word limit on the assistant. Synthesia has raised $90 million in funding and counts Zoom as one of its customers.
