VoidZero's March Launch Week shipped several major updates across the JavaScript toolchain. Oxlint JS Plugins Alpha brings near-100% ESLint plugin compatibility with up to 100x faster linting via Rust-native rules. Vite 8 replaces both esbuild and Rollup with Rolldown, a Rust-based bundler delivering 10-30x speed improvements and real-world build time cuts of 50-87%. Vitest 4.1 adds test tags, async leak detection, aroundEach/aroundAll hooks, a GitHub Actions reporter, and an agent reporter optimized for AI coding workflows. Vite+ Alpha introduces a unified CLI binary combining Vite, Vitest, Oxlint, Oxfmt, Rolldown, and tsdown under a single config. Finally, Void is a new deployment platform purpose-built for Vite apps, supporting SSR/SSG/ISR and MCP for AI agent-driven deployments.
