Active since at least **December 2022** and escalating exponentially through 2024, 2025, and into 2026, this campaign represents a mature, industrialized evolution of intrusion _tradecraft_. By **weaponizing the legitimate software developer recruitment process**, threat actors collapse the traditional attack kill chain.
