The six areas cover data beneficiary eligibility, scope of data to be shared, sharing frequency and means, anonymisation requirements, fair pricing parameters, and access governance. Notably, AI chatbots with search functionalities are explicitly included as eligible data beneficiaries, signalling the Commission views conversational AI as competing in the same space as traditional search engines.
