Flipper Devices has officially announced the Flipper One, a pocket-sized Arm Linux computer built around the Rockchip RK3576 SoC with 8 GB RAM, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6E, HDMI 2.1, and an M.2 slot for cellular modems or NVMe storage. Unlike the Flipper Zero, it targets IP networking, packet analysis, and on-device AI workloads rather than physical-layer radio hacking. The device runs Debian 13 with KDE Plasma and a custom FlipCTL interface, and Flipper has partnered with Collabora to push full mainline Linux support for the RK3576. Six GitHub repositories, full schematics, PCB layouts, and a Developer Portal are already public. However, no price or release date has been set — the company is asking for community help on remaining technical gaps including a closed-source DDR initialization blob, OP-TEE support, and NPU drivers. A target price of under $350 was mentioned, but shipping is uncertain due to DRAM cost pressures and an unproven BOM.
