Unlike the Flipper Zero, it targets IP networking, packet analysis, and on-device AI workloads rather than physical-layer radio hacking. The device runs Debian 13 with KDE Plasma and a custom FlipCTL interface, and Flipper has partnered with Collabora to push full mainline Linux support for the RK3576. Six GitHub repositories, full schematics, PCB layouts, and a Developer Portal are already public.
