It provides scaffolding commands, evaluation tooling (LLM-as-judge, trajectory scoring), and deployment targets including Agent Runtime, Cloud Run, and GKE. Local development works with an AI Studio API key without requiring Google Cloud, while cloud deployment and publishing to Gemini Enterprise require a GCP project.
