Alongside it, two new open-source models are introduced: GR00T-H, a Vision-Language-Action model trained on ~600 hours of this data that can perform end-to-end suturing, and Cosmos-H-Surgical-Simulator, a world foundation model fine-tuned to generate physically plausible surgical video from kinematic actions—reducing 2-day benchtop rollouts to 40 minutes.
