This Blender Add-On Lets You Draw Animation Paths in Viewport

Motion Painter is a new Blender add-on by NodeMonkey that lets artists draw animation paths directly in the viewport instead of manually keyframing on the timeline. Painted strokes become editable guides that convert into standard Blender location and rotation keyframes. The tool includes viewport tools like Motion Paint, Motion Polygon, Motion Eraser, and Motion Select, plus built-in brushes (Follow, Orbit, Wave, Push/Pull, Explosion). Two motion modes are available: Rail for precise single-object movement and Forcefield for groups of objects. Paths can be stacked, blended, linked to native Blender curves, and converted into standard editable keyframes. Motion Painter is available on Superhive and Gumroad.
