FlightScnr is an open-source ESP32-based desktop radar that displays live overhead flight data. Built around a LilyGO T-Encoder Pro with an ESP32-S3 microcontroller, it polls ADS-B and route APIs (adsb.fi, AirLabs, FlightAware, FR24), caches results to stay within free-tier limits, and shows aircraft details like origin, destination, model, altitude, and heading on a sweeping radar display. Setup requires no soldering or coding — a captive portal handles Wi-Fi and configuration, and a 3D-printable shell doubles as a desk stand. Source code and 3D print files are available on GitHub and Makerworld.
