Three Claude Skills I Think Every Org Should Have

Engineering orgs lose significant time not to hard technical problems but to missing or stale internal tooling. Three agentic skills are proposed to fix this: create-service (automated provisioning and deployment from scratch), deploy-service (integrated forward deploys, rollbacks, and smoke tests), and service-debugging (symptom-to-cause matching using verified incident history). The core argument is that executable tools fail loudly and get fixed, while documentation rots silently — a distinction that matters even more as AI agents begin acting on internal knowledge. A prioritized build order is suggested: debugging first, deployment second, service creation last, with concrete metrics for each.
