The venture will store U.S. user data and algorithms on Oracle's secure cloud infrastructure, implement comprehensive cybersecurity programs adhering to NIST and ISO 27001 standards, and undergo third-party audits. These safeguards will also apply to CapCut and Lemon8, allowing TikTok to continue serving over 200 million American users.
