Datadog now supports distributed tracing for .NET applications using Azure managed services including Service Bus, Event Hubs, Cosmos DB, and API Management (APIM). The integration enables end-to-end trace visibility across asynchronous messaging, database operations, and proxy layers without requiring code changes. Automatic instrumentation handles Service Bus, Event Hubs, and Cosmos DB, while APIM tracing requires an environment variable and an inbound policy configuration. Azure Functions, App Service, and Container Apps are all supported deployment targets.
