It covers topics such as AI chatbots, prompt injection attacks, data science, network scanning, vulnerability scanning, exploit development, cryptography, steganography, forensics, and web application security. ## Content Welcome to the TryHackMe Advent of Cyber 2023 series! This 24-day security challenge is designed to introduce you to the basics of cyber security in a beginner-friendly way. Each day, you will be presented with a new security challenge that covers various concepts in the field. Day 1–4: In the first four days, we dive into topics such as AI chatbots, prompt injection attacks, data science, Python programming, password brute force attacks, and wordlist generation. Day 5–8: Continuing on, days five through eight cover more foundational concepts of cyber security. By completing the daily challenges, you will gain knowledge in areas such as network scanning, vulnerability scanning, exploit development, and privilege escalation. Day 9–12: This section delves into analyzing malware samples, working with .NET binaries, and decompiling with dnSpy. These challenges will enhance your understanding of reverse engineering and analyzing malicious code. Day 13–16: Finally, our last set of challenges introduces topics like cryptography, steganography, forensics, and web application security. By the end of this series, you will have a solid understanding of these key cyber security concepts.
