Unlocking your data: the value is in collaboration

Organisations often focus on collecting and connecting data, but the real value comes from breaking down silos and letting datasets collaborate. An internal example shows how combining three HR-related systems produced a real-time, trusted view of consultant availability that no single system could provide.
