Key changes clarify that users are responsible for actions taken by Vercel's AI Functionality (v0, Vercel Agent, AI Gateway, etc.) and any Third-Party Tools granted account access. Billing terms now allow charges outside subscription plans, including for AI Gateway credits and early invoicing for suspicious usage. Enterprise customers can now claim email domains to manage accounts. Two new user representations were added covering API key rights and OFAC sanctions compliance.
