AI-authored code now accounts for 26.9% of production code, up from 22% last quarter. Onboarding time has been cut in half when measured by time-to-10th-PR. However, outcomes diverge sharply by organization: well-structured teams see AI as a force multiplier, while struggling organizations find AI exposes existing flaws rather than fixing them.
