I thing always I fill better alone in my mint. And this is because I've never want talk with other people that I don't know specially when I'm new on the place.. Telling people what I thought in conversations never went well, as I could see that my thoughts were very different from what they were thinking, creating some kind of "**SCARRING**"_ (Oh my goshhh) _effect on most of the group. However, for me, changing quickly from one idea to another ... for example, to a very positive one was always something I found to be **_"OK"_**. But at some point in my early life, I stopped talking about my thoughts, afraid of the reaction. This fear has come in breaks for a long time with me. This fear could always be predicted by others I am also feeling it at the same time inside me... causing more and more fear... All this, from time to time, can be drawn like a Venn diagram:  This means: I never think that what I am thinking is the **BEST SOLUTION**, or that it’s something I just want to say because I want to be the positive one, but I could be wrong here. If someone says something that finally makes my mind stop saying, "it doesn't make logical sense...", I go to **IDEA AGREEMENT** and feel better. Most of the time, hardly anyone changes... but if the red occurs... what is going on is very surprising. In 90% of cases, the reaction is: - Silence. - Weird faces. - Changing the subject (to one I haven't interacted with before $\rightarrow$ social exclusion). - Scratching one's head after exchanging ideas. - Someone questioning me with two kinds of behavior:Asking obvious or absurd questions to determine the value.Making people laugh at you. _This yellow part, sometimes happening in certain groups, was great. Only someone thinking with an open mind needed to realize this..._ I think the majority of the problem could be the behavior of doing things for a reason that is aligned with the value. Because the thing is, the **"I know"** comes from the fast way to use another's brain to say it. AIs are always going to output a "thing," but it can be a completely nonsensical answer. It will always output something... it never says, **"I don't know..."** This is the new, scaring "Artificial Like hunters Teachers" that don't want to spend all the time at this keyboard, like me, thinking for themselves... All the tools now it's the new one, and this kill another one Tomorrow I will go to some kind of IDE, and after I see **"Way I'm go back to the same"** this kind of **"true"** was deeply predict by the only man that It's the most inteligent that live's int this earth.. and he's was the **ONLY ONE THAT CUT THE TIME IN 2 PARTS...** Jesus Christ. He was the only one that predict the anxious time that we living now, and say's what to do, he **NEVER TALK ABOUT RELIGION** (and it's no one want's search and research about, he never had one and follow a religion) he was never predictable, he say's things that anyone understand because it's for grow's mint not be proud, he never say "yes" or "not" he isn't "binary" bias based... he was humility and this is the source of knowledge, first to understand something and growth I need to be able to be wrong this demands humility. The proud and react and be the "first", competition, hierarchy, creating silos, without communities instantly makes the environments toxicity. we must be in the same line, Plato's academy didn't had teachers and it's work to grow together. We made things in peaceful silent mints, don't try to predict the future, this destroy your pace I suggest also, suggest to research Jesus, because he want you growth together and mentoring to be mentored This life, can be better without thinking in be more fast, but be someone that you know you are. Did you already question yourself, why you do what you do? Money it's not the best path... If you go to the Money path, you go to the prison, you do want the day got end, going to adopt AI or shortcuts, because you want to get free from challenges or "problems" or never going to think what you are doing, just do because pay more...  make, build, or go for true value, this job brings value for someone? your job really are does something good for someone? or you help or mentoring someone? you want to do something to show or to feel that it's the right? This I write for you, to keep or not with you, this isn't a subject or content that grows in likes or proud, because ins't made for me or my self, but made for you. yes, I don't make something without bring a content that is just a garbage, but It's what I go for, for the a goal that's isn't my self.  This mean, seek for value first, can start small, but you now the size of the value you can outcome... you could't see a **career instead looking for money** You are here? reading? be present, someone say's: "We just have 2 days, that we could't do anything: **yesterday** and **tomorrow**." When I understand the path, and make my best always because I do love what I do, and I do love Jesus way to be leader, I see that, the true leadership, It's get full ownership and serve, mentorship and make the team get full empowered, never doubt about someone, never, I learn the only one netter that Agile and all the Kanban can real metric it's confidence and trust.
