# Visual Studio Code 1.144 (Insiders)

**[Visual Studio Code](https://daily.dev/sources/vscode)** · 2 min read · 1 upvotes · 0 comments

## Summary

This Insiders build of Visual Studio Code adds a batch of small editor and agent tooling updates. The Agents window warns when a local worktree's disk has less than 5 GB available, when session storage cleanup suggestions are enabled, and offers cleanup of recent worktrees. MCP servers keep separate OAuth tokens instead of sharing credentials across configurations. Voice Mode gets UI updates, reversed mute and unmute microphone icons, and GPT Live usage display, and an experimental 'bake off' feature lets you compare multiple models without opening a folder.

## Questions this post answers

### How does VS Code handle OAuth authentication for multiple MCP servers now?

VS Code keeps OAuth tokens separate for each MCP server instead of sharing credentials across configurations. This fixes a prior issue where authenticating to multiple servers of the same type, such as several Atlassian sites, failed because credentials were shared across MCP server configurations.

_Developers wiring up multiple MCP servers can track changes like this on daily.dev._

### What happens when my VS Code Agents worktree runs low on disk space?

When session storage cleanup suggestions are enabled, the Agents window warns when a local worktree's disk has less than 5 GB available and offers to clean up recent worktrees. This is part of the experimental Agents window features in VS Code Insiders builds.

_Anyone managing disk-hungry agent worktrees can follow these Insiders changes on daily.dev._
