Meziantou.GitHubActionsTracing is a .NET global tool that converts GitHub Actions workflow runs into timeline-based trace data. It exports to multiple formats including interactive HTML, Chromium trace JSON, Speedscope JSON, and OpenTelemetry. The tool helps diagnose slow or flaky CI pipelines by visualizing job/step durations, MSBuild targets, and test results as flamegraphs and swimlanes. It supports filtering noisy spans, offline reuse of downloaded run data, automated trace export via workflow_run triggers, and a webhook receiver server for continuous automated processing.
