VoidZero has raised $12.5M in Series A funding led by Accel, with participation from Peak XV Partners, Sunflower Capital, and notable angels. The funding will accelerate development of their unified JavaScript toolchain. Key milestones include Vite surpassing Webpack in weekly downloads, Vitest Browser Mode reaching stable, Rolldown hitting 1M weekly downloads, and Oxlint gaining type-aware linting. The capital will also shorten the timeline to a stable release of Vite+, their commercial unified toolchain currently in private beta.
