> I personally love [plantUML](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=jebbs.plantuml) and the plantUML [stdlib](https://github.com/plantuml/plantuml-stdlib) together with the [C4](https://c4model.com/) model to document architecture.

> While this may sound purely subjective since there are features (pragmatic capabilities) and cosmetics (visually appealing) involved, after evaluating pretty much all the common tools, I still get back to draw.io, using it as a desktop app (not the Web UI, nor the VSCode extension).
