Workers whose AI understood most of their work were up to 6x more likely to say it helped across core tasks. Only 12% say their AI understands the business like a senior employee, while 45% liken it to a brand-new hire. Company data and institutional knowledge were the most valuable context types, and better-contextualized AI produced up to 48% more usable output without revision.
