Bootlin, an embedded Linux engineering company based in Toulouse, France, has welcomed two new engineers to its team. Paul Louvel joined in February 2026 after graduating from École 42 and working on SIM card TLS protocol implementations. At Bootlin, he works on Linux BSPs for x86 Intel, PowerPC, and ARM NXP platforms using Yocto and Buildroot, and contributes to Linux kernel drivers (GPIO, IRQ, crypto). Diogo Ivo joined in June 2026 with a Master's in Engineering Physics and prior experience at Siemens as an Embedded Linux engineer working with industrial edge platforms. He has upstream Linux kernel contributions including Ethernet and watchdog drivers.
