Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) has onboarded the Philippine Government as its 46th government partner. The Philippines' National CERT, in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communications Technology, now has free access to monitor official government domains for credential exposure. This enables their Cyber Threat Intel and Monitoring Section to identify compromised government email addresses and receive notifications when those accounts appear in newly loaded breach data via the HIBP API.
