The backend here would be also written in JS thanks to Remix's way of handling both front and backend. This would be my go to for a small to medium app. If we are talking large to industrial size apps, I would pick React, Django for backend and PostgreSQL for db, though the db does not really matter as Django has a nice OOP way of handling things. **@palalet** · 8 upvotes > While most of the websites can be done in php and vanilla js or jquery if you feel fancy.
