Highlights include Claude Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6 with 1M-token context windows, next-gen GPT audio models with improved accuracy, Grok 4.0 reaching GA alongside Grok 4.1 Fast preview, and FLUX.2 Flex for text-heavy image generation. The Microsoft Agent Framework hit release candidate (1.0.0rc1) with significant breaking changes to credentials, sessions, and response patterns. A new Durable Agent Orchestration pattern enables human-in-the-loop workflows using Azure Durable Functions and SignalR. Foundry Local now supports large multimodal models in fully disconnected sovereign environments.
