Key highlights: MongoDB connector moved to Preview, Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL reached General Availability, Referential Actions became GA, Referential Integrity (for PlanetScale support) entered Preview, Named Constraints were introduced, and `prisma db seed` was revamped to GA. Node-API (Rust-based query engine binding) became the default engine.
