# Why I switched from Apple Music to Jellyfin and Raspberry Pi

## Summary

Jellyfin is an open source, 100% free, central server that plays all of the music, movies, and tracking on your TV. Jellyfin runs on the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with 4GB of RAM, which is more than I need. The Pi 4 has WiFi but it's connected to my router using ethernet, so there's less lag.
