This gives users a second opportunity to restore their settings if they missed or skipped the option during the out-of-box experience (OOBE). The feature now extends to Windows 365 Cloud PC, Entra hybrid joined, and multi-user setups. Windows Backup for Organizations backs up Microsoft Store apps, Windows settings, and Start Menu pins, but does not include user documents or provide comprehensive disaster recovery.
