Workflow lab: Deploying designs directly with Figma Make

Figma Make now lets designers connect a GitHub repository directly to the design tool, make code-level changes, and push a pull request without filing a ticket. Using a fictional museum website as an example, the workflow shows a designer using Figma's AI agent to generate synthetic user personas, identify accessibility gaps, then fix shared components in the actual codebase. The designer adds accessibility annotations (aria-labels, focus order, screen reader labels) collaboratively with the engineer and PM, then merges the PR from within Figma. The result inverts the traditional handoff: the designer owns small, high-craft fixes end to end while engineers stay focused on larger architectural work.
