Workshop Basel day two

Day two of the HTTP Workshop in Basel covered a wide range of topics including AI's impact on HTTP implementation, HTTP/2 adoption data from Common Crawl (61% of responses), HTTP/1.1 behavior divergence across servers, a new request smuggling test suite called HTTP Zoll, HTTP server performance benchmarking via HTTP Arena, HTTP/3 and QUIC deployment challenges and adoption strategies, QMUX (QUIC multiplexing over TLS), TLS-terminating MITM proxy challenges with HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, and a new QUIC congestion control improvement called Rapid Start that reduced time-to-last-byte by 14.7% in real-world experiments.
