The fix is to install the `Microsoft.Extensions.ServiceDiscovery.Yarp` NuGet package and call `AddServiceDiscoveryDestinationResolver()` when configuring the reverse proxy. This hooks service discovery into YARP's destination resolution pipeline, allowing the `https+http://` addresses to work without any config changes.
