Independent deployability requires two things: the ability to deploy a single change and the ability to trust that change in isolation. Coding agents are widening this gap by multiplying merge volume while making traditional confidence signals (passing tests, clean diffs) easier to manufacture without proving real-system behavior. The solution is per-PR, isolated validation against live dependencies using a shared Kubernetes cluster with header-based traffic routing, so each change gets a lightweight ephemeral environment in seconds. This makes validation as cheap and parallelizable as deployment itself, restoring meaningful confidence signals regardless of whether code was human- or agent-authored.
