QuietDash is a Raspberry Pi-powered eInk desk dashboard built by fberrez that refreshes only a few times per hour to minimize distractions. It displays workday progress, tasks, weather, calendar, time, and an RSS news line at a glance. The eInk screen was chosen not just for low power consumption but because its lack of backlight helps it blend into the workspace rather than draw attention. Build files are available on GitHub, and a prebuilt version is being considered.
