Vercel's AI Gateway now supports team-wide Zero Data Retention (ZDR), letting teams enforce strict data policies across all AI provider requests without code changes. The feature routes requests only through providers with negotiated ZDR agreements (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), offers per-request ZDR for sensitive workflows, and includes a 'Disallow Prompt Training' option to prevent providers from training on your prompts. Configuration is available via the dashboard or programmatically through provider options in the AI SDK. Each response includes routing metadata for audit purposes.
