Official codemods are now available for v8-to-v9 and v9-to-v10 upgrades, hosted in the eslint/codemods GitHub repo and the Codemod Registry. The v8-to-v9 tooling covers config file migration (extracting eslintConfig from package.json, converting env to globals, handling rule option changes) and custom rule migration (updating deprecated context methods, converting function-style rules to object format). The v9-to-v10 recipe bundles four codemods covering config, custom rules, RuleTester, and Linter API changes.
