At daily.dev, we strive to deliver an exceptional experience for developers worldwide. If you are not satisfied with your Daily Dev Pro subscription, our refund policy below outlines how we handle requests.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase. Renewal payments on monthly plans are non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, a full refund can be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds are unavailable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Please contact our support team at support@daily.dev or Paddle Support at help@paddle.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for partial months or unused time after cancellation of monthly subscriptions.
Refunds will not be granted if a policy violation has occurred, such as misuse of our services or breach of our terms of service.
4. User Obligations and Restrictions
Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle and prevent further charges. You can continue using your subscription until the end of the paid period.
