A structured /decide pipeline skill for AI coding agents that guides technical decisions through discovery, options research, risk assessment, and deterministic scoring. The skill uses markdown files, format templates, and a weighted scoring rubric (mapped to Salesforce Well-Architected pillars) to produce a verifiable Architectural Decision Record. Human review gates at each step prevent flawed assumptions from propagating. The pattern is agent-agnostic and works with Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or Codex CLI, with optional MCP server integration for documentation grounding.
