Idea to Code (i2code) is a workflow that orchestrates Claude Code to turn a structured plan into a GitHub pull request with production code and tests. The `i2code implement` command runs through three phases: a one-time setup, a recovery phase for incomplete work, and a main implementation loop. The loop handles CI failure recovery, PR review responses, and TDD-based task implementation iteratively until all tasks are complete and the PR is marked ready for review. A trunk-based development mode is also supported for direct commits.
