We had hundreds of Laracon photos and no good way to share them. So two field marketers built laracon.us/photos with Claude, Laravel, and Laravel Cloud.

Two non-developer field marketers at Laravel built a photo-sharing app for Laracon US attendees using Claude (Desktop and Claude Code) and the Laravel framework, hosted on Laravel Cloud. They describe the process of planning with Claude, hitting real deployment issues (missing database, shared storage, queue configuration, memory exhaustion during image resizing), debugging them with Claude's help, and eventually shipping a working product.
